in the fields of Cinema, Entrepreneurship, Television, Music, Sports, Literature and Performing Arts and also Healthcare & Education on one stage. At a point when the world’s looking for inspiration to Bounce back - DOD is an effort to bring all such Divas who have inspired for decades, some of which we know and some, we might have missed knowing about, into one big stage.
The gala event held on a Sunday at The Leela Palace celebrated the likes of late Dr.V. Shanta, late Mrs Rajalakshmi Parthasarathy, yesteryear singer Jency, cricketer Sudha Shah, actress Ambika, Dr Kamala Selvaraj, legendary dancer Mrs Shanta Dhananjayan, Petricia Sandeepa, Asia’s first women cinematographer B R Vijayalakshmi, Fathima Babu, actress and entrepreneur Raadhika Sarathkumar, actress Devayani, Actress Sneha, Nimmy Raphael from Adi Shakthi, TV personality Neelima Rani, Singer Harini, Saindhavi Prakash, Metti Oli Gayatri, Prabha Reddy, Alisha Abdullah, Dr Mariyazeena Johnson, Silambam Aishwarya Manivannan, Founder of Vivah -Mrs. Kruthika Kumaran, Snooker Champion Vidya Pillai, DD, Aishwarya Rajesh, first women tennis no.1 in India Lakshmi Mahadevan, legendary singer Vani Jayaram amma, Kumari Sachu, Deepa, Manisha Chordia, Singer K S Chitra, and also television show producer and various other actors, singers and eminent personalities from the film industry.
